As a result of the merger between Connect First and Servus Credit Union, the new Board of Directors consists of 12 members from around the province, established in accordance with the amalgamation agreement approved at the Special General Meeting held on September 19, 2023.
The new Board of Directors consists of seven directors from Servus and five from connectFirst. These board members were previously elected by each organization's respective memberships. Board of Director elections will be held for the merged entity in future years.
