We're updating our Member Agreement June 1

Every so often, Servus updates its Member Agreement. This is the document that outlines the terms and conditions of membership in the credit union and use of our services. We're releasing a new agreement on June 1, 2018, with changes to some of our services and policies.

The new agreement will include information about:

  • Use of joint accounts
  • Overdraft protection
  • Use of biometrics such as fingerprints to access accounts
  • And more

If you'd like a copy of the new Member Agreement, we'll post it online or you can find it at your branch after June 1.

March 6, 2018

Here at Servus we're always looking at ways to make your banking experience better. For 2018, we have a long list of new services and products we're launching or upgrading. During the coming months, you'll be hearing lots from us as we contact members about new developments.

Following the successful launch of ApplePay in January, watch for more improvements in mobile and online banking. You'll see more INTERAC e-Transfer® features, online US- to Canadian-dollar transfers, responsive design and more.

We'll be making changes to a number of our banking plans, including the addition of free unlimited INTERAC e-Transfers to some plans. We'll also be adjusting some rates to ensure fairness to all members.

By the time you read this, you'll no doubt have heard about the new Servus Credit Union Mastercard® and the new Servus Circle Rewards program™.

Servus is also planning changes to its Profit Share® program, including creating a Profit Share account where payments are consolidated and making cash advances against Profit Share rewards.

We're excited to help shape your financial fitness with these new products and services. Watch for more info!
