Every year we review our accounts and fees to make sure we're offering you good value for your money, while covering the costs of the services we provide (like our branches and online and mobile banking).
As a result of our latest review, we're making changes to some service fees associated with select banking plans. The following changes take effect on April 20, 2020:
- Free Interac e-Transfer® cancellations within a one-hour grace period. Fee of $5.00 remains for cancellations made after one hour.
- Free Interac e-Transfers (previously $1.50/transfer).
- Free in-branch bill payments (previously $1.50/payment).
