Servus Credit Union selects Doxim CRM to deepen relationships with over 370,000 members

Doxim® (www.doxim.com), a leading provider of customer engagement software for the financial services industry, today announced that Servus Credit Union, the 3rd largest in Canada with over 100 locations and $15 billion in assets, has selected Doxim CRM, to combine its product, service and member data into a single, actionable 360º view of the member.

Following their selection process, Servus selected Doxim CRM as it not only met the needs of the Member Relationship Management program, but it also mitigated project risks in terms of budgets, time to market, and member impact. The credit union will benefit from Doxim CRM’s pre-configured interfaces and workflows, plus inter-operability with all its current core banking systems and credit bureau providers, document management solutions, and lending and origination solutions.

Doxim’s deep business relationships through the credit union system in Canada and its experience working with Servus in other capacities reassured the credit union that Doxim was the right fit for this CRM partnership. The implementation will be guided by Doxim’s roster of experts, who have years of experience in virtually all areas of the credit union ecosystem and technology.
