I am seeking re-election to the Board to continue contributing meaningfully to Servus during a period of both challenge and opportunity. As an incumbent Director and current Chair of the Audit & Finance Committee, I have developed a deep understanding of the institution’s operations, governance framework, and strategic priorities. 
 
I bring the perspective of a CPA, CA, with experience in financial institutions, financial reporting, internal and external audit, and operational management. Equally important, I have a strong foundation in governance, supported by my ICD.D designation, and a genuine passion for helping the Board provide thoughtful oversight and guidance. 

In my current role with a national recruitment agency, I also see every day the importance of having a strong company culture with talented and fully engaged staff. These factors are critical for our credit union’s success as we adapt to evolving member expectations and digital change.  
 
I believe strongly in the values of this organization and its commitment to members, and I would be honoured to continue bringing my experience, knowledge, and passion to the Board at this important time.
