Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is elected by you, our member-owners. It is made up of 12 Directors from around the province and is responsible for ensuring that Servus has strong, effective management, and that the organization creates and maintains value for its stakeholders while serving the needs of members and their communities. This is accomplished using a policy governance model and is done in accordance with the Credit Union Act and Connect First and Servus Credit Union bylaws.
