Since connectFirst and Servus Credit Union came together, we’ve operated two banking systems while preparing to bring the Servus banking experience to all members. That work is entering its final stages. The final step, called conversion, is approaching.
During a single conversion weekend, some banking services will be temporarily unavailable for all members. Following this, members whose banking originated with connectFirst will see some changes. Your money will remain safe and secure throughout.
Conversion weekend is coming
During conversion weekend, some banking services will be temporarily unavailable for all members. We’ll confirm the conversion date two weeks ahead. Make sure your email address, mailing address and phone number are current so you don’t miss the confirmed date or other important updates.

What to expect during
conversion weekend
Some banking services will be temporarily unavailable during conversion weekend. Servus Member Card®s are expected to work, but we recommend having a backup way to make payments and purchases.
