    Banking service fee changes effective January 1, 2025

    Servus reviews its accounts and fees on a regular basis to make sure we’re offering our members good value for their money while covering the costs of services we provide. As a result of our latest review, we’re making changes to our fees and some banking plans. The following changes will take effect as follows:

    As of January 1, 2025:

    Account New Fee Notes
    Community Account No change
    • No monthly fee for up to 15 transactions per month
    Personal Statements $2.50
    • Includes paper statement and cheque imaging
    • We encourage members to consider switching to a paperless option
    • No charge for accessing statements or records online
    • If interested, members can contact their branch or go to www.servus.ca/ways-to-bank/online-banking/estatements to make the switch
    Business Statements $5.00
    • Includes paper statement and cheque imaging
    • We encourage members to consider switching to a paperless option
