Some banking services, including online and mobile banking, will be temporarily unavailable from October 2–4 while we complete our banking system conversion.
Branches will close at 4 p.m. on Friday, October 2, and remain closed Saturday and Sunday. Our Member Contact Centre will remain open 24/7 throughout conversion weekend, although support will be limited. Our team will be available to answer questions and provide updates but will not be able to process transactions until our systems are back online.
