    Our FAQ section provides quick answers to the most common questions members ask about reaching support, online banking access, and branch services.

    You can reach both teams through our Member Contact Centres. Choose Servus or Former connectFirst on the contact us page to see the right phone numbers, email addresses, and support options for your membership.

    Servus members can contact the Member Contact Centre at 1.877.378.8728. for account, product, and online banking support.

    Former connectFirst members can reach their Member Care Centre at 1.866.923.4778. for any account or service-related inquiries.

    Both Servus and Former connectFirst Member Contact Centre are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Get in touch in whatever way is most convenient for you.

    On the sign-in page, you’ll find separate options for Servus members and Former connectFirst members. Select your credit union to be redirected to the correct login portal.
