Profit Share program
We pay common share dividends as additional common shares. This means you get more shares based on how many shares you already have.
We pay investment share dividends as additional shares that you can redeem in cash, which is directly deposited into your accounts, registered retirement savings plans (RRSPs) or registered retirement investment funds (RRIFs).

How the Profit Share Rewards Program works
Patronage (Profit Share® Rewards cash)
Personal banking members get cash back based on the average balances you hold in your Servus loans and deposits*. Patronage is paid differently on different types of accounts and broker mortgages.
Business accounts get a rebate on service charges rather than on the average balances you hold.
Common share dividends
We pay common share dividends as additional common shares. This means you get more shares based on how many shares you already have.
Investment share dividends
We pay investment share dividends as additional shares that you can redeem in cash, which is directly deposited into your accounts, registered retirement savings plans (RRSPs) or registered retirement investment funds (RRIFs).

At Servus Credit Union, we believe in sharing success, which means when Servus profits, our members benefit.
That’s why we return a portion of our profits to our members every year through our Profit Share® program. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of our cooperative.
Our Profit Share program has three key components:
Profit Share Rewards (Patronage)
Personal banking members receive cash back based on the average balances they hold in Servus loans and deposits.
Business members receive a rebate on service charges, helping reduce the cost of day-to-day banking.
Common Share Dividends
Members who hold common shares receive additional shares as dividends. The more shares you hold, the more you earn—helping your investment grow over time.
Investment Share Dividends
Dividends on investment shares are paid out as additional shares, which can be redeemed for cash. Members can choose to have these funds deposited directly into their Servus account, Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) or, Registered Retirement Income Fund (RRIF).
All Servus Credit Union members (including former connectFirst members) are eligible to participate in our Profit Share® program.

All Profit Share Rewards and dividends will be paid out in early December.
