If your accounts have always been with Servus, your accounts and products are not changing as part of the conversion. Some banking services will be temporarily unavailable during conversion weekend.
Conversion weekend is coming.
The changes will take place during a single conversion weekend, October 2–4, 2026. Some banking services will be temporarily unavailable during this time. What to expect during conversion weekend
There will be no changes to your everyday banking, including
Your accounts, balances and ownership
Your Servus Member Card®
Your mobile and online banking
Your statements
Your lending products
Your ability to bank at any Servus branch
During conversion weekend, you will experience brief service interruptions
Servus mobile and online banking will be unavailable
Interac e-Transfer®s cannot be sent or received
Branches will close early on Friday and remain closed Saturday and Sunday, reopening at regular hours Monday
The Member Contact Centre will remain open 24/7 with limited services. The team can answer questions and provide updates but cannot process transactions until systems are back online
Your Servus Member Card® is expected to work. As a precaution, have cash or a credit card available in case you experience an unexpected issue
Your money will remain safe and secure throughout.
