If your accounts have always been with Servus, your accounts and products have not changed. Continue using your existing cards and Servus online and mobile banking as usual. You now also have access to our full branch network across Alberta.
If you also have accounts originally with connectFirst, please review what has changed for connectFirst members.
Banking system conversion is complete.
All banking systems are now back up. Thank you for your patience during our planned service interruption from October 2–4, 2026.
Your everyday banking remains unchanged, including:
Your accounts, balances and ownership
Your Servus Member Card®
Your mobile and online banking
Your statements
Your lending products
Your ability to bank at any Servus branch
What to expect
Now that conversion is complete, your banking services remain the same. Some members are using Servus online and mobile banking for the first time.
Our Member Contact Centre may be busy, resulting in longer wait times than usual. If you need to contact us and prefer not to wait on hold, you can request a callback.
When signing in to online or mobile banking, you may be placed in a virtual waiting room. If this happens, please keep the page open and follow the on-screen instructions. If your banking need is not urgent, you can return at another time.
Branches have reopened at their regular hours, and some may be busier than usual.
