    Small business banking

If you use online or mobile banking for a small business

You now use Servus online and mobile banking. Most small business members can sign in using their existing connectFirst user ID and password and complete the same first-time setup described above.

If someone accesses accounts for more than one business

Before conversion, an accountant, bookkeeper, employee or other authorized person may have used one connectFirst user ID to access accounts for more than one business.

Access through Servus online banking is now set up separately for each business. Anyone who previously used one user ID to access more than one business needs separate access for each business.

Check that each authorized person can sign in to Servus online banking and access the correct business accounts. If someone is missing access, contact us for help.

    Commercial Online Banking

If you previously used connectFirst Commercial Online Banking, your Servus relationship team can help with information about the move to Servus Commercial Online Banking and any training your administrators may need.

    Administrators

If you're an administrator who previously used connectFirst Commercial Online Banking, you should have been contacted and trained on Servus Commercial Online Banking before conversion.

You'll receive a welcome email with instructions to create your credentials and sign in for the first time. Once you've completed these steps, you can add your users.

    Users

If you previously used connectFirst Commercial Online Banking, your administrator first needs to add you to Servus Commercial Online Banking. You'll then receive a welcome email with instructions to create your credentials and sign in for the first time.
