Servus Credit Union is hosting a Special General Meeting for members to learn more about the proposed merger with connectFirst Credit Union and to vote on the proposal.

Servus members are invited to the Special General Meeting, which will be held as follows:

Time: 6 p.m. (Mountain Time)
Location: Online via live webcast

During this meeting, Servus members will be presented with a special resolution to approve the proposed merger.

Voter eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to vote in the upcoming Special General Meeting:

• 18 years of age or older
• member of Servus Credit Union on or before July 1, 2023

Number of votes

A member may vote only once unless a member is also a designated representative of an organization. Then the member may vote once on their personal membership and once for the organization, to a maximum of two votes.

Joint membership

In the case of a joint membership, each person will be allowed a vote as long as they have not already voted on another personal membership. There must be at least one common share for each voting member on the joint account. Once votes have been cast for each of the common shares, no further votes will be permitted on that membership.

Business membership

Trustees, corporations, partnerships and associations are allowed one vote by the designated representative.

How to vote

To vote, you must register for and attend our virtual Special General Meeting taking place on September 19, 2023.

• Proxy voting (casting a vote on behalf of another member) is not permitted.
